At BuyANZ, we proudly ship New Zealand products to countries worldwide! Here's everything you need to know about our delivery process, charges, and timelines:

Shipping Costs

New Zealand:

• Free shipping for orders over $99.

Australia:

• $18 for the first 1kg.
• $10 for every additional 1kg.

Asia:

• $29.50 for the first 1kg.
• $21 for every additional 1kg.

Rest of the World:

• $40 for the first 1kg.
• $20 for every additional 1kg.

Important Note:
Shipping rates may be subject to periodic changes based on updates from our logistics partners. The exact shipping cost will be calculated by the system at checkout, based on the destination country and address. The rates listed above are for reference only—please refer to the checkout page for the final shipping cost.

Delivery Timeframes

New Zealand:

• 1–3 working days (tracking number provided).

Australia:

• 6–10 working days (tracking number provided).

Asia:

• 6–10 working days (tracking number provided).

Rest of the World:

• 6–10 working days (tracking number provided).

Note: These timeframes begin once the order has left our premises. Delays may occur due to stock availability or during holiday periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Easter).

Additional Delivery Information

• Weekend Deliveries:
  Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Saturdays.
• Pick-Up Option:
  Yes, you can collect your order from our store.
• Free Shipping:
  Free shipping is available for orders over $99 within New Zealand.
  Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping for international orders.
• Delivery Partners:
  
• Within New Zealand: NZPOST.
• International orders: EMS.

• Delivery to PO Boxes:
  New Zealand orders: Delivery to PO boxes is accepted.
  International orders: Delivery to PO boxes is not available.
• Signature Requirement (New Zealand Only):
  Packages are delivered without a signature by default. If you require a signature, please include this request in your order notes. BuyANZ is not responsible for lost packages if no signature is requested.
• Courier Notes:
  We forward any delivery instructions to the courier driver. However, as we don’t directly control the entire delivery process, we cannot guarantee that all instructions will be followed.

Payment and Order Processing

• Payment by Internet Banking/Direct Credit:
• Orders will be processed once the payment has cleared. Payments should be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• If payment is not received within 3 days, the order will be canceled. You’re welcome to reorder at any time.
